The ATRT-1716 is an automated tester of counters and classifiers used in today‘s traffic industry. The tester is designed to simulate any type of highway vehicle passing over a user-defined array of highway traffic sensors. The input sensors available on the ATRT include: Piezo Strips, Air Tubes, Tape Switches, or Loops. The tester‘s software provides the user to select and group vehicles to be generated by the outputs of the tester. When a test is completed, the data can be compared to the classifier‘s report for possible variances that may have occurred.
