Common questions

How far away can drivers read the display?

The 11-inch display is readable to 600 feet; larger sizes carry further. Sizing to your road's speed and sightlines is part of the quote conversation.

Do radar feedback signs actually slow traffic?

Decades of studies say yes — drivers slow down when they see their own speed, without enforcement or tickets. The effect holds as long as the sign is there.

Solar or AC power — which do I need?

Solar fits most permanent sites — no trenching, no electrical service required. AC makes sense where power already exists at the pole. Trailers and mobile units run on battery. Your site's sun exposure and duty cycle decide it, and that assessment is part of the quote.

Are they MUTCD compliant?

Yes — compliant out of the box, in every size.

Can I get the speed data?

Every sign is cloud connected: remote management, alerts, and the before-and-after reports that prove the program to your board.
