Parking Management
Real-time parking data. Smarter lots.
Count every space, guide drivers straight to the open ones, and run your lots on the numbers: accurate counting systems that install in a morning, signs and apps that share availability, and revenue systems that make every space pay.
Sound familiar?
People report every lot full while they drive past open ones, because nobody can see where the spaces are.
A sensor in every space, cut concrete, lot closures and yearly maintenance bills: traditional systems price most lots out before they start.
Without occupancy data you can't tell how many permits to sell, what to charge at peak, or whether you need another lot, and paying spaces go to people who don't pay.

Frequently asked questions
How does parking guidance work?
Sensors keep count of how many spaces are open in a lot or garage, and the system shows drivers where to find parking on signs, in apps and on websites.
Do we need a sensor in every space?
No. Most OpenSpace systems count at the entrances and exits only, which lowers the cost considerably. Single-space sensing and AI cameras are there for high-value spaces such as EV charging or ADA spots.
How long does installation take?
No construction and no lot closures. Most systems are installed and counting in a day, many in a single morning.
Can we buy through a cooperative contract?
Yes. The systems are available through OMNIA Partners (contract 158973, lead agency Region 14 ESC), the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and CNBA.
Can our existing app or website show the data?
Yes. Availability can go to your own app or website, to third-party parking apps, or to the OpenSpace Parking App.
Tell us about your lots and garages: how many, how they're laid out, and what you want drivers and managers to see. We'll recommend the counting method and the ways to share the data.
