A two-piece design consisting of a 4" diameter high-impact polyethylene tube with UV inhibitors (to resist fading) and a 100% recycled rubber base. The large handle makes for fast deployment and a built-in knob works as a caution tape wrap. Two bands of reflective tape provide good night visibility and are recessed to prevent damage.
