This Lockout Kit provides a variety of lockout devices for on the job maintenance/repair operations. Lockout pouch is made from 100% recycled PET fabric with double sewn seams that is water repellent, fire retardant with a PVC free coating.
Lockout bag and devices are made from heavy-duty recycled materials that are UL Validated for recycled content and support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. Measures 8"H x 7"W x 3"D. Made in the USA.

Qty. 1 Padlock, 1.5" shackle, keyed different with 1 key per padlock, color red
Qty. 1 Padlock, 1.5" shackle, keyed different with 1 key per padlock, color yellow
Qty. 1 Small Plug Lockout, universal fit closure accepting up to 1/2" dia. cord and 2"W x 3"L plugs, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackles to 9/16" dia.
Qty. 1 Large Plug Lockout, universal fit closure accepting up to 1-1/4" dia. cord and 3"W x 5-1/2"L plugs, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackles to 9/16" dia.
