The 1082 Distance Measuring Proximity Sensor is designed to work with any vehicle or all terrain vehicle (ATV). The proximity sensor will read the drive shaft universal joints (cast iron joints only), or can be used with the P/N 1084 targets. The targets are mounted on the inside of a wheel rim and the sensor reads the targets as the wheel turns.
