This 45" tall, 3 1/2" diameter delineator is made from 100% impact-resistant low-density polyethylene with UV inhibitors which resists fading. The LED flasher is actuated by a built-in on/off switch and powered by (4) D Cell batteries (sold separately) in the tube base. Two 3" bands of High Intensity reflective sheeting provide additional visibility and are recessed to prevent damage.
