The 2T Series Thermoplastic Premelter offers the ability to adapt to many transport options. 20’ Power cords, LP hoses and hydraulic hoses allow LP bottles, power pack, and premelter to be mounted independently for added safety and versatility.

- Automatic spark ignition systems allowing burners to be ignited with a simple switch.
- Material feed doors designed to prevent injury to operator from molten splash and temperature flash.
- Hydraulic and LP hoses connect and disconnect instantly without leakage, allowing the unit to be loaded and unloaded safely and easily.
- Burner ring slides out on rack, allowing for easy service of jet burners.
