This is a great bag for working special events or bike EMTs. It has a padded chest strap, as well as shoulder straps. The back of the bag is padded for back support and comfort. There is a built in cell phone or radio holder as well. There is reflective striping on the front of the bag as well as the shoulder straps. A mesh area and front straps will hold a small oxygen bottle or other equipment. There are removable foam dividers in the main compartment.
