These adapters are punched with four holes and include an anti-rotation tek screw, two 5/16" x 3" (grade 5) hex-head bolts, two 5/16" lock nuts and four 5/16" flat washers, which are all zinc-plated. 19-UCA adapters fit all , model 19 V-Loc Sockets.
